K7 Family Friendly, make some memories,clean 2 bdrm 1.5 bath

K-7 is a nice unit. Overall we enjoyed our 3 month stay. The bed was the highlight as it was very comfy, maybe just a bit on the soft side but I slept very well. The downstairs set up is a bit cut up and dated. The kitchen is fine/dated. The huge dining room was really wasted space. It was just the two of us staying there. The living room is quite small with HUGE furniture. I've never seen a larger coffee table. I missed having a recliner. The biggest issue was with the amount of "stuff". There was practically no room for our food. Cupboards and drawers are stuffed full of many things. Knick knacks are plentiful. Upstairs is a nice layout. The master bedroom is quite large with plenty of drawer space. Closet is ample. Bathroom and tub/shower are fine. Could use a bit more water pressure. Having the second bedroom was nice but we never used it other than as a second closet. The walk-in closest was nice, but again full of owners odds and ends. This is our 3rd season at Ocean Walk. We love it here and have made many friends. Our rental agent, Theresa Taylor is wonderful to deal with. The heated pool is my favorite place on the grounds. This unit is nice and will serve you well for a stay at OceanWalk. SSI is a great community and the food choices are amazing!

House was very nice the only thing that could have been better was the temperature upstairs was a lot warmer then a downstairs.

The condo was nice and had all the necessary supplies and a beautiful area with 2 pools playground lake ball courts and more. Loved the fact bikes came with the condo as well. The downside.. they don’t limit vehicles per condo so it’s a fight for space as space is limited, basically there’s enough room for one car per condo but most have multiples and rent golf carts and take up additional space, very frustrating when you have a handicap grandmother handicap tag and the property managers response was its only going to get worse…
