E11 Peaceful 2/2 Ground Level, New Shower & Floors

Need a renovation and a replacement some other stuff. Needs a good cleaning.

Love the location and SSI but won’t be staying at this particular unit based on the cleanliness. Positive: The location. We have stayed at ocean walk several times and enjoy the area. Negative: The condo needs a deep clean-the floors, baseboards, walls, etc. Couch was stained. The lock box needs to changed. We couldn’t get it opened and called the host. Had to keep calling for 10 minutes before getting a response. We had the code but ended up having to use a credit card to get the box open since it was jammed. We clearly weren’t the first with this issue based on the condition of the box. We were doing all of this at 10:30 at night.

When we arrived at the property we noticed a strong urine smell. We talked to the host of which nothing was done. She said they were working on sewage. The blanket on the couch smelled like dog. Not clean at all. The guest room linen was too small for the bed. We only were provided one small soap the size of a dollar for 4 days. I feel like if we are paying 1250 the amenities should have been ALOT better. Towels were old and cheap. The moisture in the apartment was way too high. So high that our food became soggy. Like the donuts. The condo needs to be updated ALOT with the linen, and beds. The cleaning brush for the commode was brown and dirty. That was nasty.. Also there was only one key and that was a big deal. The dead bolt was extremely difficult to use!. We do not recommend staying at this property nor will we be back. I expected better from the host. Not to be told THEY WERE WORKING ON SEWAGE, Really not caring at all!

Great place to stay. Close to town. Nice and quiet location.

The unit was as described and the host was very easy to reach prior to check-in. Unfortunately, the cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing. There was dog hair on many surfaces, the bed sheets appeared dirty, and we even found a dog toy inside the bed linens. Communication after check-in was also difficult, as we were unable to reach the host with questions regarding checkout procedures. The pool was very nice and well kept. Overall, the property matched the listing, but the cleanliness during the stay negatively impacted our experience.
